Flightlink is inviting qualified candidates to apply for a Reservations/Sales Agent position based in Arusha, Tanzania.
The position is suitable for candidates with experience in the airline or travel industry, particularly those with reservations systems knowledge and strong customer service and sales skills.
Reservations/Sales Agent Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Hold an IATA/UFTAA certificate.
- Have at least 2 years of experience working in an airline or travel agency.
- A Diploma in Travel, Tourism or Aviation is preferred.
- Have experience using Amadeus, Galileo or AeroCRS.
- Be fluent in English and Swahili.
- Have strong communication, sales and customer service skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
